I was glad during the epidemic I was able to find my computer at one of your Bestbuy,and I just drove to the store and told the employee what I wanted and he delivered it to my car.

Pretty good computer. Got through high school with it, but a chrome OS isn't compatible with everything I need to do in college, including some coding software.

I'm really enjoying my HP 2n1. Previously I had a regular laptop and a separate android tablet. I've replaced both of those devices with this HP Chromebook since it serves both purposes.

Great unit that fit the bill for the "Internet" user. Connected up to my wifi without an issue, is light weight and the battery lasts a few days without recharging (based on use). My biggest issue, after setting everything up, including my printers, about 7 months later there was an OS update and we could no longer print. Chrome OS isn't made for network printing and they discontinued cloud printing. All the other Windows based PC's could still print and it's not that the printer is more than 2 years old which takes away stars.

I would compare this computer to a MacBook. Only thing that is on the downside is the audio factor. Even though the audio speakers are on the top of the keyboard at loud maximum they seem a bit low.

Awesome laptop. Has some pretty awesome features. The only downside was I couldn’t play certain games on it. If you’re using it for business or school purposes only, then this is a great laptop.

Got this for Christmas for the 13 year old daughter. It is perfect! Has all the features she wanted in a slim design at a price that works. Highly recommend so far!

This laptop is great for what I need. I use this for a little working at home and on social media. I listen to music quite often and the speakers sound great.

Love this little google box. Have a 256g micro and load on to it. USB and usbc are really close together. Great sound and Bluetooth to my speakers wile I work.

My son began using this item during the pandemic and it has so many features and was compatible with his school as well. Excellent device to purchase

I love this latop!! The touchscreen option and the tablet like capability are the best features. I also like that you can sync it with your phone.

The system you have in the store now works very well. Instead of trying to find worker as soon as it’s our time the person shows up to us. Much easier and efficient

I bought this laptop for my granddaughter, her first year in college. According to her, she loves it. It's everything she needs for her first year.

Amazing Chromebook at the BEST price. I am blown away by this Chromebook. I bought it for my 6 year old for homeschooling and it has out performed our other laptops.

This is the ONLY chrome book that is a HP including a backlit keyboard. UNDER 500$ seriously you can’t beat it. It’s amazing has word, everything you’ll need and none of the other mess you don’t!!

Very nice quality. I feel like I am having a high quality laptop. The audio on the speakers are also good. Get one if it is on sale.
