Purchase in September 2020 after getting another brand from Bestbuy March 2020...The first computer wasn't efficent for my son online classes. He loves this one!

I absolutely love it. BEST LAPTOP EVER. If your going to school and are wanting this laptop for school or gamin it's hands the best one to buy

I love this little computer. It was perfect for my kids for virtual learning. Touch screen is a great feature and HP customer support is amazing.

I’ve had a few chrome books and like them a lot. This one stands out in build quality. It’s little bit faster but feels like a high end laptop with the backlit keyboard etc.

Got this for the kids for school work, etc. Does the trick for what they need it for which is pretty low intensity tasks - Kahn academy, etc. Kids haven't broken it yet which is a small miracle

I bought it for my husband for Christmas and it was so easy to set up. He was up and running and reading the paper on line within minutes of opening his gift.

Both in store reps were extremely nice and helpful! The HP Chromebook was exactly what I needed for viewing video footage for my documentaries!

I bought this after having a Samsung Chromebook pro which has yet to get Linux apps. Very happy with purchase. The sceen isn't as good as the pro as far as pen input. Fhd 1080 is very nice though.

This 2-n-1 is beautiful. Unfortunately, my unit will stop working for a week or 2 at time. Total black screen. I brought to use with my projection screen. Its fast holds a good charge. I believe my unit was defeated. I wish I would have brought Geek squad protection. I would have gotten a replacement the first time this happened.

Bought to have a flexible laptop/tablet setup for a work trip. Worked like a dream at connecting to work and keeping in touch with my family.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas. Love the design software and hardware. Does everything she wants. Will probably get one for myself someday.

I have a second grader in San Diego. I must admit that I don’t quite understand how the chrome environment well. However, the laptop works perfectly with the school district’s programs.

This has been a great relief having this chrombook for school...computers have been scarce...works great and very happy with the help of best buy customer service

Not what I expected. Now that I’m learning to use it, it has been great. Nice amount of storage just not a big fan of computers that use google play apps, I’m an apple lady!!!!

This was a gift, for my daughter, and she loves it! It's stylish, functional, and easy to use. The price was right, too. I highly recommend this Chromebook.

So far so good. My child used it everyday during quarantine for school. Worked great. Was concerned it wasn’t going to be powerful enough and I’ve never used the chrome os, but it was good.

Bought for my stepdaughter’s virtual learning and first year in high school. Love the tablet feature and the versatility of the Chromebook. HP is a great brand.
