Satisfied, it's what I needed. One caveat - this HP Chromebook is overly helpful (boxes you didn't ask for) and over sensitive - too often, a hover is as good as a click, and you need to watch when deleting one e-mail that it doesn't delete the next one. I had an important e-mail disappear from my Sent folder just as I was trying to open it, and I couldn't retrieve it. So don't hover on Delete any longer than necessary. Otherwise so far so good.

I bought this for my grandkids to use for homeschooling during covid shutdowns. Great item for zooming with teachers and doing google classroom.

The laptop is great so far but the only negative thing I have to say is where my package was delivered it could have been damaged.

Purchased this for my girlfriend who was in need of a new laptop. She enjoys all the features esp the option to use it as a tablet. Overall great purchase thus far.

Works great, took a little while to get used to the smaller screen but no problems switching from laptop. The backlit keyboard is great

Shopped around and settled on this one. Bought it specifically so my girlfriend could do her schoolwork and not worry about freezing and crashing and it did exactly that. She loved it for the month it worked then suddenly the screen would not power up. Took it in to Best Buy and they said definitely a hardware problem. Now it's been shipped off to HP already for fixing and will take up to two weeks they estimate. Not BBs fault and they were great about it but shouldn't have to send in a month old Chromebook for full repair. Caution.

Purchased this for my daughter's work from school. No issues. the touch screen is not so great, but school and regular browsing, no problem

Love Chromebook. It is my second Chromebook. There is more that can be added to chromebooks that will make them even better.

I bought the previous version a few years ago for my wife and she loved it. Snatched this one up for my father and also a winner.

In the sale price of $380 it is the best chromebook with nice specs. I will recommend for every non IT related person to consider it.

We bought this for our 5 year old for starting her school year in a virtual setting but my husband has been using it and really likes it.

Purchased fro son for College. 2n 1 screen is good. He really likes it. For school. Good price during Xmas. Picked up next day at store. No probs yet.

Great for school and work. I cannot connect my AirPods to it. fingerprint doesn't really work like other devices. I still have to input my password.

Very good laptop for student aged kids, compatible with apps need to do their daily school work

My granddaughter loves her computer for back to school...Distance on line learning. She can carry it and is easy to log in and surf the web.

I love my new laptop my only complaint is it only has 1 USB port otherwise it’s amazing the speakers are top notch too

There is not much choice for a Chromebook with i3 CPU. Although the over $500 price is a little bit pricy, it almost is the only choice we can have.

I love to be able to shop on line expecially when I have no time and the Holidays are looming. My old laptop was dying a slow death and now I have a brand new one!
