Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is perfect for anyone not looking for anything super powerful. Very easy to use even old people can wrap their head around it.

We bought this for our 5 year old for starting her school year in a virtual setting but my husband has been using it and really likes it.

The laptop is great so far but the only negative thing I have to say is where my package was delivered it could have been damaged.

My granddaughter loves her computer for back to school...Distance on line learning. She can carry it and is easy to log in and surf the web.

In the sale price of $380 it is the best chromebook with nice specs. I will recommend for every non IT related person to consider it.

Got this in the sales. I am glad I did. Despite description on the Best Buy website this does have a webcam. Good upgrade. Touchscreen though is a bit hard to navigate.

I have been using this for over a year now and it is still working great. It was well worth the price I paid for it.

Very good laptop for student aged kids, compatible with apps need to do their daily school work

We have always had HP Chromebooks. This one is the newest to our collection. It is nice, sleek, and everything we needed and more.

So far so good, the Chrome book has been very helpful for what I use it for. When I did the transition from my old one to this new one. I recommend the Chrome book highly.

I bought the previous version a few years ago for my wife and she loved it. Snatched this one up for my father and also a winner.

Satisfied, it's what I needed. One caveat - this HP Chromebook is overly helpful (boxes you didn't ask for) and over sensitive - too often, a hover is as good as a click, and you need to watch when deleting one e-mail that it doesn't delete the next one. I had an important e-mail disappear from my Sent folder just as I was trying to open it, and I couldn't retrieve it. So don't hover on Delete any longer than necessary. Otherwise so far so good.

Purchased fro son for College. 2n 1 screen is good. He really likes it. For school. Good price during Xmas. Picked up next day at store. No probs yet.

This was purchased for my Father who is older and it is perfect for him checking email and doing his therapy online. Has adobe video that is needed for therapy visits.

Love Chromebook. It is my second Chromebook. There is more that can be added to chromebooks that will make them even better.

Bought for daughter , she loves it & from what Ive seen it works good. The only thing I was disappointed in was the camera quality, could have been better.

Love it . Just what I was looking for , but would like if it had more downloadeble apps similar what I got on my samsung phone

Great for school and work. I cannot connect my AirPods to it. fingerprint doesn't really work like other devices. I still have to input my password.

Came in handy while driving cross country and moving. Now I would rather use this than any desktop LOL

Got this for my wife. Had to replace her very cheap plastic Chrome book. This is a solid machine, has a wonderful keyboard and track pad. Very happy with this laptop.
