Customer Ratings & Reviews

This Chromebook has been great for my son for at home learning. Nice upgraded features from other chrome books.

For the money this has to be one of the top 2 in 1 devices out there. Does everything and more. Would buy again!

Great buy for kids in school to have a sturdy, dependable computer - they game and can do class work with ease

Working good for what we purchased for. Took some time to get familiar with chrome vs regular windows

Broken from the start. Kept getting stuck in sleep mode or would shut off entirely and reset every time it slept. I took it in for repair and was told to expect 2-4 weeks. The "repair" took over 6 weeks during which time I had to purchase a new device for work. After the six weeks, I was told the device could not be repaired. I was not given the opportunity to salvage data, did not receive the device back, did not receive a replacement device. I was given in store credit and told that was the only option unless I purchased an additional protection plan from best buy. The closest device in price was a cheaper version that I had passed on for the better version and the next comparable device was more expensive. I could not afford the more expensive device because I had already been forced to purchase a new device for work. Also... on my way home from dropping this device off for repairs, my daughter's hp chromebook stopped functioning properly. I will never purchase another hp chromebook and I am hesitant to purchase from BestBuy again... Unfortunately I have over 500 dollars in instore credit and if I don't spend it on protection plans, I will never be reimbursed for broken items.

darn good chromebook with decent hardware specs. this is the second one I've bought.

I recently purchased this chrome-book expecting the regular job, but little did I know, that this chrome book is the best.

Fast, backlit keyboard, great graphics. Couldn’t have purchased a better laptop.

Chrome was confusing at first but now it's great. Love the versatility!

My wife and I were looking for a simple set up to use in our home. This was a perfect fit and is very reliable and capable!

I brought the laptop for my son and is great, he love it and really versatile..love that we can use it like a tablet too..

I spent a lot of time researching Chromebooks, and am very glad this was the one that I ultimately decided on.

I love this computer and I love that it can be turned into a tablet too!

Gave this to my daughter as a gift for college & she love it. She said just the right size, brand, & color

Had this chrome book a month and it is great. It's great as a chromebook and great as a tablet. Feels really premium and quick.

Very nice Chromebook, great graphic card, the sound is awesome.

Very good computer Chrome is very good and folding in half and becoming a laptop even better

Bought for use for virtual schooling for relative. Works well for a basic laptop and serves its purpose.

Not for Windows users, best battery life easy to change with portable device. Fast More like a tablet with 15" display

Great for school but won’t accept all softwares needed through college (like statistics).
