Used all day for my son's classes and online coursework that is reliable and a solid performer

Bought for my niece for her first year of college. She loves it and have had no problems so far

Broken from the start. Kept getting stuck in sleep mode or would shut off entirely and reset every time it slept. I took it in for repair and was told to expect 2-4 weeks. The "repair" took over 6 weeks during which time I had to purchase a new device for work. After the six weeks, I was told the device could not be repaired. I was not given the opportunity to salvage data, did not receive the device back, did not receive a replacement device. I was given in store credit and told that was the only option unless I purchased an additional protection plan from best buy. The closest device in price was a cheaper version that I had passed on for the better version and the next comparable device was more expensive. I could not afford the more expensive device because I had already been forced to purchase a new device for work. Also... on my way home from dropping this device off for repairs, my daughter's hp chromebook stopped functioning properly. I will never purchase another hp chromebook and I am hesitant to purchase from BestBuy again... Unfortunately I have over 500 dollars in instore credit and if I don't spend it on protection plans, I will never be reimbursed for broken items.

This Chromebook has been great for my son for at home learning. Nice upgraded features from other chrome books.

This is my 2nd chromebook. I upgraded processor & memory this time, which is a big help. The screen is great too

Great buy for son who broke his old chromebook. Multiple features are a plus! Need a pencil/stylus and case next.

There was anti virus software as well as the computer. Can’t understand and how to Make it do the job and don’t bug me

The chrome book has been very useful for me personally as well as professionally. I have not had any issues with it.

My daughter is in 6th grade and uses this for school. The chrome os is really simple and google integrates with everything.

If you don't have multiple applications open up and not using for games. This is good for easy every day usage.
