    Ordered item first week in December. I tracked delivery date which was delated. I left on trip At 730pm Item delivered to post office on December 20, 2019. On hold there until I return to Honolulu on January 9,2020. I needed laptop for my trip. Since no laptop, I had to borrow one for use on 3week trip

    While this laptop has everything my wife needed for home networking the lack of external ports (ethernet) to connect was a headache for us. Wouldn't connect to my wifi network most of the time, had to use an extended while sitting right next to the wireless router... insane

    the backlight on the computer is not bright and the keyboard does not light up which makes working at night difficult
