    Really disappointed, bought this a few months ago, having numerous problems with it now, weird key actions, volume key broken, thumb print is useless as you can't use it when you need to reboot (you still need password for that).. lack of updated usb ports (info was misleading imo) volume is horrible.. really disappointed with my first hp.. going back to my many previous purchases of an Acer product. I have one 15" that's about 7 yrs old with better volume, i have an 11" that is dirt old, 10?11? yrs old i keep by my bedside, the volume on that is even louder than this. Also I find the touchscreen more a pain than usefull. everytime i go to pick up this laptop if i touch the screen edge accidentally it closes my browser.. so annoying.. so disappointed with this product.
