    Bought this Chromebook and was happy with it for a week. Then the screen went black but still had icons along bottom dock. Restarting fixed for only about a day then the same happened. Returned and got another one. Same thing happened. Returned the second HP Chromebook and changed to an Acer Chromebook.

    Very basic chrome book. Barely got my daughter through HS during the pandemic. Needed to upgrade by time she got to college. She tried to keep it, but it started coming apart and power cord stopped working.

    I bought the Chromebook hoping it would be better than the school ones that we can't get till mid November. It just seems to drop the internet signal on occasion when no one else in the house has the problem. One morning it took 30 minutes to join the class on this device. just crazy.
