    I purchased this for my son to use for distance learning, which 100% of is through ZOOM. kinda hard to use when the camara. doesn't work. This is the only time I don't purchase the GEEK protection, which I am really regretting. I had to borrow a computer from school to do the zoom and use this one for the class work because of the touch screen. Haven't returned it because i know they'll make me send it in to HP but i need the computer for my son to continue school. Very frustrating. I have tried to do the manual reset to fix the problem, but no luck.

    Great computer for notes and saving files. However it stopped letting me sign on to public wifis and started freezing up occasionally. I havent even had it for a year.

    I love this laptop, but because this is the 3rd one I've had since my purchase on Nov 30,2019 I'm giving it 3 stars. First one the screen went out within 2 days of opening Christmas day. 2nd one the backlit keys wouldn't work. This one is so far do good.

    Really wanted to test out the chrome book. But I was disappointed. First finger print sensor didn’t have any software set up so couldn’t use it. 2nd chrome books are limited to app based programs. Overall disappointed and returned.

    I purchased this because as an educator I needed a computer to function for online classes. The computer performed great, but unfortunately the camera was defective and had to be sent back for repairs. Just a huge inconvenience..

    This was a really good looking Chromebook, but issues started with it right out of the box. The device kept on restarting moments after I logged in, and it was an endless cycle of that. I reached out to customer service and they tried their best to help me, but none of the fixes help. Will be returning this.
