Good laptop but the battery life isn’t as great as it’s listed. It’s also had a few issues with freezing and we have to hard reset it. When it does work it serves its purpose.

We purchased it for light school work and did not like the interface and ended up getting a regular windows laptop from HP

This laptop is simply for minimal uses and good for everyday use. The overall cost was a little overpriced for the amount of memory given.

I am new and it take time for me to learning and yea it ia frustrating sometimes that has no help. But my learning is not stop me.

The machine OS light on weight, good looking and low price. But the cpu is way too slow for these day daily use.

I bought this computer but immediately changed me mind about it. I ended up purchasing a MacBook. This computer just wasn’t for me.

Very chic, light, modern. Not as user friendly as Microsoft. Possibly due to my lack of tech knowledge. Frustrated with yhe system, I returned eventually.

I didnt buy this someone got into my acct and used my membership and gave me points.. Sure.. I’ll take um. Gice me the points lol.

It started off being a great machine, but after the Windows 10 update the touchscreen/tablet functionality disappeared. I tried troubleshooting for hours, days and nothing brought it back. Needless to say, I did not get the benefit of the bargain here. My advice: Save up your money and buy a Mac. Don’t waste your time with HP laptops.

Works good for virtual schoolwork. One thing is though I have to log in every time if it is not used for a long time.

Great laptop, but my speaker sounds like garbage. I will look into the sound card more next time.

Unfortunately, I bought 5 of this chromebook from Bestbuy. The chromebook has no HDMI port, would not connect to an external monitor with an HDMI adapter. I used this chromebook for less than 60 days and computer started to freeze up on me anytime I try to connect to an external monitor. HP customer service is basically useless they are of no good. At this point HP products are not worth my hard earned money any longer.

yea, this umm laptop woupd have been grewt but it got stolen the day i bought it...yall did that shyt on purpose huh?

Maybe its because im not familiar with chrome book operating systems. Seems a bit slower

This was bought for my kid so she can do homework on it. Other than that not great for much more than that. Maybe watch Netflix??

Not really what I thought it was, mist of my android mobile apps wont work with this , but still keeping it.

For what you get i think it’s overpriced. Also my keypad, when i click sometimes, gets stuck in that position.

This is not what I expected, I was not told how this type of laptop runs differently than standard laptops.

Google makes it way too complicated to set these Chromebooks up for a kid, it took me hours and hours to set up all the google acts needed and still we were unable to download any apps. I am a Apple person , google needs to simplify their system ! Also hate you can not pin anything to the screen only to the bottom hidden tool bar do again it is not user friendly and would not purchase another chromebook!
