Customers are saying

Customers find value in the touch screen, ease of use, and long battery life of this 2-in-1 Chromebook. Its lightweight design and strong performance are also frequently praised, along with the ample RAM and competitive price. However, some users mention limited storage capacity and occasional fan noise as drawbacks. A few also reported minor compatibility issues and some instances of the device overheating.

This is a good chromebook. It's got advanced specs, and especially for the black Friday price. It's snappy and does what I hoped it would. Nice form factor tool. Good keyboard, reasonable screen resolution for $$$

So far I love this laptop. It's touch screen, tablet and laptop in one. You set up with your Google account and you're all set. Lots of space for whatever you want. There is only one thing, I have to get a new printer.

Though I was a bit nervous going from a laptop to a chromebook, I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. I still get done everything I need to and it’s super simple to use. I love it!

I bought this for myself for online classes. I was hesitant since I have always been around apple products but I love it. It does exactly what I need it to do. I really only use it for class work and so far so good.

Like most people, bought for distant learning. Long battery life! My daughter goes days without charging since it's primarily for school. Can download apps from the google play store like an android phone/tablet.

I purchased this particular chrome book for one of my granddaughters and she truly does love it. She mainly use it for school work and she also play games as well.

I really like using this chromebook. Love that it's a little more durable with the aluminum body. It's fast and perfect for streaming movies. I considered buying a MacBook, but they just seem too overpriced.

This Chromebook is fast, and has a very long lasting battery. The only complaint that I have so far is that the keyboard track pad isn't as smooth or responsive as my Windows laptop. Maybe this is just normal for a Chromebook?

I was worried about the speed, but no worries. This Chromebook keeps up with jumping between spread sheets, games or streaming. I wasn't sure about the screen not being detachable, but it's not an issue when in tablet mode.

Easy to navigate. I’ve had a laptop computer and I feel Chromebook is a lot easier to navigate for all your computer needs. It’s a lot easier for my child to use for school than a laptop

The machine works well. I'm sorry no one told me it did not need outside virus protection, especially after best buy made the webroot a free add on. The battery life is good. I have not yet utilizzed all the webcam elements.

Works great in all display modes, fold screen all the way back and keyboard deactivates and its in tablet mode. Tent mode, stand mode, laptop mode, all work great. Can install many android phone apps and they operate fine. Can have multiple users, sign in screen is easy to use, just have to remember to log out. Has a USB C port that you also use for charging (wish more smaller laptops and portables did this, looking at you Surface line). Battery life is pretty darn long, I think I got about 10 hours or so of mostly video and game playing on the first charge. There is a micro SD card slot if you want to add more storage to supplement the 64 gig eMMC storage (eMMC is not the fastest flash memory around, but again works fine for the main purposes of a Chrome OS device), but this is mostly a cloud/streaming/google drive device in function. Its display is NOT UHD, but FHD which is the new way of saying 1080P for us old people. Looks nice enough on the 14 inch screen. The i3 processor and 8 gigs of ram are plenty for the main Chrome OS uses of this device. One of the few gripes I have and its pretty minor is that the backlit keyboard does NOT turn off the lights when its in tablet mode. The keys are disabled correctly, but the lights do not turn off, which I think is a waste of power, how much I can't determine. If you understand what you want to do on a device that has the features and limitations of the Chrome OS, this is a great device to do just that, at the more premium end.

My wife uses this for her personal business. The battery has a reasonable life span. Everything transitioned from her old Chromebook to this with no issues. The keyboard is quite and she likes the response of the keys.

Been using this since September and have loved it! Very easy to use, and looks pretty fancy for a Chromebook. Definitely high end. Only negative is sometimes my internal mic doesn't work and haven't' figured out the issue yet.

Don't use the computer much. Perfect for my basic needs. Also nice that I get e-mails on how to use it and features it has that I have the option to use. Inexpensive and worth the money.

I bought this for my son, but may also end up buying one for myself. No it isn't a $$$$$ laptop but it does have plenty of bells and whistles, is easily portable and gets the job done with pretty decent speed.
