I use this primarily for accessing the internet, online shopping, email, etc.; when I don't have the time or access to my computer. This unit is fast and more than capable to do anything that I need.

Our grandkids live in another state. To help them with school work, we bought 2 chrome books and they love it. Touch screen and other features makes it easier for them for virtual school!

My daughter is using this for school at home, since she’s not able to attend in person. While the school provides one, this one is more effective, and it was a very reasonable price.

I had one of these as a loaner from work and I loved it so I bought my own. Unfortunately the one I bought was defective. I had it for a week and on day 3 the key board went wonky. The number 7 would start typing randomly and sometimes it wouldn't stop. For example, if I opened the chrome book the number 7 would start typing for the password without me touching the keyboard. I returned it and got an exchange. No issues with new device that I've had for about 3 weeks now. Only issue is the original digital download I got with my purchase didn't transfer to this device.

Love this Chromebook. Build quality is fantastic and the i3 cpu and 8gb of ram come together to make this a fast machine for daily use. 10 out of 10, would recommend to others and buy again.

Bought this for my 80yr old dad. He never had a personal PC. Had him up and running in a few hours. The usual 'how do I do this' calls, but no viruses or crashing to worry about.

We have never owned a Chromebook. We purchased this for our 9 year old for virtual school. It has been great. I wouldn't want to use it to substitute for a desktop but it is great for a kid.

I've had this Chromebook for some time now and absolutely love it! It's so simple to set up, especially is you already have a Google account. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!

There is practically nothing you can’t do this chrome book. Love the 360 degree monitor. Touch screen has many ways to enhance your work or play. I would definitely buy this again if needed, no hesitation whatsoever!

sleek and sexy! looks and touches like a premium device for sure, however, you will need to set aside time to train your arms to handle the weight of this thing. Feels like solid metal and since it is a portable device... its not. major setback: while getting up holding it with one hand, while closed ,the weight put too much pressure on top shell, causing the screen and the outer shell to seperate, cracking the screen starting top left corner ( great!!!). I dropped the device not more than maybe 2 ft... top side corners are crushed like a soda can and the entire thing feels warped. The exoskeletal material used might b sturdy but is way too thin and dings and dents without any weight at all. huge downset. do no expect this to hold up in the long run. I dont expect the paint to hold up very well as well. The hinges feel solid but move under pressure so the top and bottom are never fully aligned. When you run your fingers along the seam on top of the camera you can see the screen has been forced into the shell as you can feel uneven edges all along the top. The gap between top and bottom between the two hinges are never even nor consistent. you can push them slightly into place but I can see it loosening causign the two to grind in the long run. Will i buy particular model again? for looks maybe... otherwise I dont think so.

Great value laptop. Nice build quality. Keyboard backlighting has a few options from low to bright. Night trackpad. Solid speakers and screen. Amazing performance for a Chromebook.

This is my first Chromebook, but I love it. If you do most of your computer usage on the internet, it's perfect. The battery life is great. The computer looks great too and is really slim and sleek.

I’m using this Chromebook for school and some errands and works perfectly, very easy to use! My daughter recommended to me and I’m happy with my purchase!

This is a nice larger sized touch screen chrome book that was purchased for my child to do school online at home during the pandemic. Shipping was fast and the price was on point.

Bought this for my son and it works fast and does everything he need for school. Make sure and upgrade flash drive and solid state drive

I bought this for my 9 year old for Christmas. I went with the chrome book due to her having easy access to google classroom etc... that she has to use for school. She loves it.

At first, I thought a Chromebook would be okay to do schoolwork but the only problem is I cannot download a program that I need to take my test. Another problem is I cannot download any of my PC games onto my Chromebook. I can download games that were on my phone but not my PC games and lockdown browser. Lockdown Browser is a program that I needed to used to take my quiz/exam which supposedly prevents cheating from happening. Other than that, the Chromebook is pretty good. If you're looking to buy a laptop then do your research first. I did my research on the laptop I wanted to buy. I was hoping to get a Lenovo however, I ended up getting an HP Chromebook instead. You will need to make sure that either the laptop you want to get or the Chromebook is compatible enough for any games/programs.

I like the fact that once you flip open the pc it powers up. Very fast processor and login features are great. Varied options that ensure safety of the owner or user of the chromebook.

This is a great laptop. The speed is quick. The only thing I don't like is trying to figure out how to use it. There is not a booklet (old fashioned, I know) so I'm sure I'm not using all the features.

Very easy to setup and great for every day use. I love how all of my info was easily transferable especially if you have an Android
