Very nice product, easy to setup and use. One draw back is the ability to use external speaker. I have Klipsch computer system and I haven't been able to connect this system. Any advice welcomed.

Everything is really great on this laptop: it is very snappy and intuitive. Setup was about 3 minutes. The screen size (14") is perfect; seems way bigger than the small 12" laptops but is still small/light-ish to carry around. The best part is the 360 degree screen rotation and the operation as a touch screen when using as a tablet or tent in either portrait or landscape mode. The interface is quick, intuitive and is a pleasure to use. Lastly, for some reason, I usually disdain the touch pad in lieu of a mouse. But for whatever reason this one is great; accurate and nearly none of the false clicks and difficult navigation I usually have with touch pads. The gestures also work very well. Overall a solid 10 out of 10.

Bought this for my sisters for school during pandemic. For the price, everything is great. Love the sleekness, color, touch screen. It’s great for school work, especially because they use google. Great overall!

Extremely overpriced but got a great deal on Black Friday which should be the standard pricing. Nice screen good picture got it for my kid she seems to be really happy 4 stars not 5 as pricing is standardly to high.

Our teenage boys share time on this Chromebook for school from home. So far it’s been great! They just figured out it has touch screen and tell us it’s better than our MacBook.

Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to use my new laptop. But every time I do, I am very happy with it's performance.

With Chromebooks being in high demand, this was a great find for us. The additional memory has helped tremendously with online learning lag. Slightly higher price point, but worth the extra money.

I wanted a laptop that booted up very quickly and didn't have the encumbrances of a Windows-based system. This is a beautiful machine that's a pleasure to use. I also got it on sale for a good price.

I don’t save a lot on my computer as I normally use flash drives to keep my data on so I was looking for something easy to use for normal browsing the internet, watching shows etc. it’s perfect

Still getting used to it. Have only had a full-sized computer. Right now using for everyday emails, web browsing, etc. Probably will need more time to give a fair review. Rec'd at Christmas.

This Chromebook is everything we didn't know we need desperately in our lives. Makes online banking, email and internet searches so much quicker. I highly recommend it!

Easy to get started, has everything I need. Light weight, easy to see keyboard. Comes with free easy to install security.

This is a high quality chromebook. Wifi works fine. Speakers are good and loud. Touchscreen is nice. No complaints. Probably way more than enough for kids school online.

Purchased this for my mom. She uses it for writing google docs and google hangouts/web surfing. This is plenty powerful for this use and the screen is really high quality.

This is a good computer for beginners who wants something to do some bills and watch movies on where you could touch or use the keyboard is an excellent computer

This is a fantastic Chromebook for the price. Backlit keyboard, touchscreen, flip mode, fingerprint reader are all a plus! Only downside is it could use more memory but there's cloud storage for that.

Bought this for my wife. I ask her regularly how her machine is holding up. Still quick? No problems? So far so good. Really nice build quality. Has a high end feel.

Perfect size, display is clear and colors are vivid. Great keyboard with backlit. Being a 2-1 folding laptop provides convenient to use in many ways. Very happy with my purchase.

Great Chromebook for school use and remote computer access. Love the fact that it can flip and become a tablet, for those times when I don't need a keyboard.
