I just got this yesterday, and the only knock I can give it is that it's pretty tough to open 1 handed. Everything else works fantastic, it's fast, the screen is beautiful, and of course it's a chromebook so using it is about as difficult as falling out of bed..anyone can do it. If it's on sale, don't hesitate, just buy it, it's big enough to see, but not so big you can't easily pick it up and carry it off with you. This might be the perfect chromebook, light up keyboard, touchscreen, flip it over backwards and it's the best e-reader on the planet... I just can't say enough good about this little thing!

As a long time Windows user, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use on the Chromebook. I was surprised at the weight. It's not an issue but it is heavier than I anticipated.

I absolutely love my computer. I bought it mainly because I don’t do too terribly much on it at home but still needed something to work on. Its absolutely perfect for what I needed it for.

I've enjoyed using this chromebook so much that it's become my primary computer for school, work, and web browsing. I purchased this during a special sale for $200 off, so for the price I paid, I am extremely happy with this. The sound quality is great, the screen is extra bright and the keyboard is one of best I've seen in a laptop. The touchscreen is ultra responsive as is the trackpad, and there's more than enough computing power to run multiple apps at the same time. This isn't a gaming computer, but it does run google play store apps without an issue. I'd highly recommend this for college use that won't break the bank.

Bout this for my daughter for college. Asked if she wanted a PC, but most of her stuff is online. Nice machine and fits the bill to take care of online assignments and video conferencing.

We are very happy with this computer. I bought it for my junior to do online school work. So far so good. Having both the touch screen and keyboard are really nice to have.

Its ok. Will if you need computer for the kids chrome book is easy for onkine classes for the kids and look up stufd on the internet. Battery life is good.

This laptop is top of the line when it comes to the Chromebook family! The speed of the computer, the screen, the ability to touchscreen and the lit up keyboard, makes this machine an absolute desire.

So far, a pretty nice Chromebook. But it does generate a LOT of heat. When the processor is really active the bottom gets hot and the air blowing out of the unit is also pretty warm. I still have to figure out the airflow path, but I suspect that I shouldn't use it folded completely over unless the CPU load is light. The vents on the bottom of the keyboard section might be needed for proper cooling. If that's the case, then it's not a good design. The fan is also a bit loud. Also, when charging and being used at the same time, the power block gets uncomfortably hot. The battery life isn't bad for casual magazine reading or light games, but I have one "paint by numbers" app that really runs the cooling fan and burns through the battery in about two hours.

I've been getting Chromebooks for years and this one is the best yet. Smooth. Backlit keyboard has a great touch. Nice bright screen. Great design.

Laptop setup was fast and great. Only used for checking email and videos. Speed feels great compare to an actual laptop with similar features with more space and more activity which may take more battery and RAM

This Chrome is super fast and the Key Board is spaced properly so you can actually type on it. It is also lit up so it is easy to use in dim areas. I totally recommend this Chromebook.

Bought this Chromebook for our daughter to replace her aging iPad for her birthday. Not only does it have a large screen size, but the ability to flip to a huge tablet makes for more fun!

An immense bargain! I got it on sale for nearly $200 off. However it doesn't do 5G, OK with me. Works flawlessly wtih another wifi modem in my home network.

I have only owned this laptop a little over a month, but so far it's great. It starts up very quickly and is very quick and easy to operate. I love how quickly it charges.

I bought it for my middle schooler son, he love it, it is fast and it is what the kids are using at school so they are really familiar with chrome book! the ceramic really looks nice!!

Chrome books are. Very fast computers. Very easy to use. Way faster than my work computer. I travel with both. I do my job on my work computer and everything else on my chromebook computer

Love this chrome book,if you like androids you'll love this set up was a breeze added wifi service and everything was there in 2 sec from phone.what wasnt was in play store.runs smooth and fast.
