Bought this for my elderly relatives and they find it easy to use, it is still going strong. Highly recommend!

Instead of a conventional laptop, I decided to try a chromebook. The one I bought exceeded my expectations in all ways but one. My plans are to install a linux os on it when support ends, perhaps sometime in 2024. I had read that new chromebooks are now linux ready "out of the box", as of earlier in 2019. I asked the salesperson at best buy about this, and he said that pretty much all of the chromebooks in the store have this feature. This one was on sale and I don't think it is linux ready, in that sense. I understand I can still install the linux os, but doing so will be more complicated than I would like.

Great laptop for what it's for. I'm switching from an old Sony Vaio laptop that was running on windows and wanted to get a laptop that would be an easy switch . The Chromebook IOS has given me no problems, especially with an Android phone it's very easy to use and operate. My only drawback about this is that there aren't many stylus that can be used on this screen. Also the screen struggles with higher resolution videos which is a bummer. Other than that I can't be upset with my purchase

I feel that this is a great value for the money. Nice design. Quick to load. Easy to operate. I would recommend it.

Very happy with this Chromebook. It replaces one that was 5 years old and it is significantly faster and has a bigger display.

This a great product. I got it for a really good deal on Best Buy’s Black Friday promotion. I use it everyday with no problems.

So far so good. Touch screen is a good option. Has worked for what I need it for such as emails, watching videos, or social media.

Pretty great chromebook for the price. It’s sleek, has a solid build, and contains lots of cool nifty features. The finger scanner and backlit keyboard are super sweet as well. I was planning on buying a Mac but when this unit went on sale I just felt like this would be a better bit for me since I’m using it as a 2nd computer. Definitely recommend. I’ve only had it for a few days but I have a family member who’s had hers for months and hasn’t complained about it yet!

Does everything I have asked at a very favorable price. Love the keyboard and how well it response. Great battery life and quick to power up.

All of my classroom stuff is on GoogleDrive, so a Chromebook is the perfect computer. This one has all the features I need and it was really easy to set up.

This machine is engineered to be nearly zero maintenance. It succeeds. The extra big memory and fast io ports make media transfers easy. The display is absolutely beautiful. If most of your information is cloud based, this is a perfect way to work with it. The only weakness I can see is a lack of DVD codecs, which limit usefulness of external optical drives. If I could find a good cloud based video editor, this would be my primary machine. The weight is a bit heavy, but the build quality offsets it. As a data or server access machine it is perfect.

I never understood difference of note pad and laptop. I am old fashioned and would prefer laptop. I do love touch screen, display functionality

I love my HP 2-in-1 Touchscreen. I use it for everything and it has never disappointed me.

This chrome book worked very well for me. I loved that it had finger imaging for signing in.

Got it for a great price on Cyber Monday. Bought it for my 80 year old mother. Easy setup and she loves the ease of using it.

This Chromebook is awesome! It doesn't get hot and comes up very fast. Only downside for me is the missing number keys.

I love the laptop, it has good sound, it works fast, perfect for college. Only problem I have is not knowing how to delete pages on word document.

This is a wonderful start up chrome for the youngsters to have for school and otherwise. The intel 3 works fast and it is savvy.
