So fast!!! Love the operating system. The backlit keyboard is clutch at this price point. Wish I bought two instead of one.

I love the laptop, it has good sound, it works fast, perfect for college. Only problem I have is not knowing how to delete pages on word document.

For a person who knows little to nothing about computers, this Chromebook is great! It just works. Everything is simple and its easy to set up.

Perfect inexpensive, simple computer for playing videos, small downloads. We use for homeschool purposes. Just enough for us!

So far love it, does all the basic stuff I need (email, power points, YouTube videos). Light weight and love the keys, only wish there was a delete key (always have to use backspace). I used it to do a power point presentation for a 2 hr meeting, left it sleeping sleeping that night, worked on presentation for next meeting a couple hours since and have not turned it off since Wed. As of Sat morning still have 44% battery (says that's 3hrs worth).

Got fast. Box was smashed but was packed good inside so no damage. Very cheap on black friday. It is a Christmas gift so hasn't been used yet.

Unit is made of solid materials and the internal components are great compared to other similarly priced units. For 399 with student discount, this Chromebook is one of the best at this price point. Screen is plenty bright and gold resolution. Minus one star for Best Buy not HP. Paid Best Buy for 2 day delivery and got it in 5-6 with Best Buy not the carrier at fault for this and Best Buy’s website still telling me it was on time. Tell the truth on the shipping. When it has not left your facility do t say it has shipped. COVID is not an excuse for this

Awesome Chromebook! This HP Chromebook has a very sturdy feel to it. 8 GB of ram keeps this machine running smoothly.

Works well for elementary and high school work. Neither devices had problems keeping up with virtual learning

I really liked this Laptop However the weight was an issue for me as it is almost 4 lbs I also noticed it became hot at times otherwise excellent!
