Quck responsive, nicely built. It says i3 processor but mine came with an i5. not sure why. Ive looked it up online and no mention.

First time buyer of Chromebooks and I love it. Computer is fast and loved the backlit keyboard.

I got two of these for my boys to begin Virtual Learning from home this fall. I didn’t want them sharing. Everything from the camera, screen, etc works great for Zooms. It turns on fast too. I did purchase a Bluetooth mouse for my boys as that’s easier for them than the touchpad. I use the touchpad on them though and haven’t had any issues. We also got the student $100 off discount on these so we got a great deal while they were on sale as well. I believe these will last us quite a few years.

Replacement for an older model so my son can use for home-schooling. VERY good. Almost premium and for a very good price

I love the option for split screen so far I have used it to open a webpage and a drawing app at the same time and it works perfect with no delay. The web cam doesnt do so good in low light not sure if it's any better in different light. Overall I am satisfied with its capabilities I mainly use it for online use and occasionally some apps because it has google play. It's essentially a large phone.

This Chromebook is just what I was looking for. It's made with good metal, has a great screen and solid sound. Keyboard is backlit too. Love it.

Just about every feature on the Chromebook is what you would want on a Chromebook. So far I wish I would have bought a second for the sale price.

This product has a premium feel, it very well crafted, and provides excellent performance. If you're looking for a Chromebook with some real power this is the device for you. One drawback is its weight. It heavy for a device this size. Crisp display, great keyboard, backlit, fingerprint reader, privacy button for mic and webcam. Its loaded with features and at $380 on Black Friday 2020 quite a value. Buyer beware: it runs Chrome OS. If you don't understand the limitations (and benefits) of this OS do your research before buying.

I was a little skeptical about buying this chrome book but after using it every day I am extremely satisfied with my purchased.

Nice fast chromebook. However the keyboard is a shiny color. If there are overhead lights, the letters on the keys are not visible at all. See the pic I uploaded.

Purchased for a great price during Black Friday but then returned them to upgrade for the MacBook that was on sale.

Easy to understand and use . My grandchildren techies said this is easy and were teaching me. So it's a new world!

I got this one for my daughter for her online school and so far it is doing great. Loved the touch screen, fingerprint sensor and the smaller size (though 14") that my daughter carry around the home with ease. I am glad that best buy offered a student deal on top of the sale price and I could not find a similar configuration anywhere at the price offered at the time. It would have been nicer if it got 128GB eMMC instead of 64GB but not a deal breaker considering the intended purpose.
