I bought this chrome book for my 4th grader and she loves it! So far it has met my expectations. I will update as the time goes by.

This is a great chromebook. Very fast and easy for daily use and support until June 2028.

Great functionality and fair performance for the price. The built in virus protection makes it a great gift for anyone in the family.

The look is sleek and the functions are easy and straightforward. After having this for several weeks, though, there have been a couple of instances where the touchscreen and track pad were both unresponsive. After shutting the device down, they functioned again, but that does not quell my concern that this will not happen again.

The unit itself is fine, my issue is w/ the Chromebook OS. Setting up printers can be a pain, especially when the printer is not a newer cloud-ready model. We have a Brother HL-2270DW and could not get it installed. I did a lot of research on Google and found where someone got it working but, in essence, they had to use a different driver as the Brother models shown in Chromebook printer setup was not that one. Had to use HL-2170 driver and it worked when specifying by IP address. All-in-all, unit is good. No fault on HPs part w/ the OS.

Very easy to maneuver in compared to Windows 10! Love the size and graphics too! I have had for almost a month!

First laptop for my kids who are homeschooling this year due to COVID. The image quality of the screen was very surprising for the very affordable price of the laptop. Battery lasts forever and supports their school activities as well as the games they want to play online. The main con would be the weight of these machines as they are quite heavy compared to modern laptops, but this hasn't bothered my kids a bit, so it's a clear winner for this use case.

Loving this product. So versatile and eeay to use. Awesome features and a great price.

Awesome Chromebook! The screen is great. Only minor thing is that the fan can sometimes be a little noisy but it isn't a bother.

This is a good basic computer for somebody who is not very tech savvy. It does the job, and if you have a Google phone, it's pretty seamless.
