The product is well built and runs very smoothly I would highly recommend this chromebook.

We purchased the Chromebook for my middle school aged son to use at school and setting it up was so not intuitive. I had to search online several times how to do basic things. On the positive dive it’s convenient to have a notebook hinge and touch screen. It took me way too long to set up so although he’ll be using it until it falls apart (hopefully not anytime soon) I won’t be getting another one.

Bought for my son to use for virtual classes. Very fast and heavy duty compared to cheaper chromebooks.

Bought it for my 10 yr old on blackfriday deal for $370 amazing price. Works as described looks premium build quality but a bit heavy best part is you can buy an accidental 3yr warranty from hp for $59. Its a shame it doesnt support any active stylus read somewhere it supports hp usi pen not sure though. 4 stars only because of no stylus support for such a pricey chromebook

I helped my mom pick this out to replace a really low end Windows laptop she has had for a few years. What I've really figured out lately is the many people are better served by a Chromebook than a Windows PC or Mac. However, there are so many junky Chromebooks at low price points that don't show what the platform can do. Get one with nice specs like this and you'll love it.

The chromebook took me a bit to get used to switching from a windows PC but is convenient and comfortable to use.
