    I was SO hesitant to get a Chromebook because I've always trusted the Microsoft OS. However, since this devide is for my 11 year old, she won the argument. I concede - it's perfect for her - and for me to use as a bargaining chip ;) They already use Chromebooks at school, so it was familiar to her. They do everything on the drive, so storage has been a non-issue. Good purchase, and I have my computer back!

    Due to the at-home learning/hybrid learning our school system was mandating, we bought (3) of these. These machines are great for this because our kids use chrome books at school and everything is through Google classroom. We had to exchange 1 out of 3 for an hardware issue but that pretty easy and simple. We are almost a month into this school schedule and so far so good...it’s still 2020 though.

    Initially, everything was great. We were told in Eagan that our product would be available in Richfield in an hour. Arrived at Richfield at the correct time, product did not become available until our fourth trip back to check if it was ready. Staff was very friendly and considerate, just seemed there was a major issue getting the product from the back of the store to the customer sevice desk at the front of the store.
