    I needed something to replace an outdated laptop and a Kindle gone bad. I love that this chromebook is so similar to my Google Pixel Smartphone. The ease of setup was excellent. I'm still working on learning all the features. I still can't figure out why sometimes the keyboard stops working and I can only use the touchscreen. I've been closing tye chromebook, waiting a few seconds then reopening it. That's annoying.

    We homeschool and the cirriculum is mostly online. Their old laptops died so we bought 2 of these. So far, it has been able to handle the workload, albeit light since they are in elementary and we do not allow any games such as minecraft or fortnight. It has been quite the adjustment since we are used to PC. The chromebook format/os can be a bit confusing for those naive to Chrome. But we are figuring it out and are overall happy with our purchase.

    The laptop and the help I recieved to pick it out were both outstanding, the best buy employee that helped me out really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The delivery issues that came up were very frustrating, and led me to believe I would have to go back to the store and buy something else. In the end, it all worked out for the best.
