Better than I expected

I love that this chromebook is so similar to my Google Pixel Smartphone. The ease of setup was excellent. I'm still working on learning all the features. I still can't figure out why sometimes the keyboard stops working and I can only use the touchscreen. I've been closing tye chromebook, waiting a few seconds then reopening it. That's annoying.

Buy it, for the right price

Fast, battery lasts FOREVER, crisp screen. I got it for a great price, but took advantage of an “open box”. It didn’t come with a charger, but luckily I had a USB-C charger already. I didn’t return it because I thought they’d tell me to return it (since it didn’t come with a charger like it said it would) and then I’d be out a REALLY nice Chromebook.

The delivery issues that came up were very frustrating, and led me to believe I would have to go back to the store and buy something else. In the end, it all worked out for the best.
