I like my chrome book but have been a great deal of trouble getting a printer set up. My HP Laser Jet wasn't compatible. I ended up buying a new printer and still haven't been able to set it up. The new printer was more expensive than my other printer that not only printed, but copied and scanned as well. The new printer only prints.Other than that I am getting used to my new chrome book.

Love the design on the laptop and has awesome features but now regretting not getting a windows laptop, this is an awesome laptop for those who like tablets but it did not work out for me trying to exchange it for something else. i use a lot of windows items and I feel this doesn't function well with microsoft items

My son uses for school every day because of virus he is schooling on line.

Customer service was very helpful when I came into the store to find lab top each time I was there. I did purchase chrome book because you all were out of lab tops. I am truly enjoying uses my chrome book. I will come back in the future for a printer. Sorry I don't have anything else to write. Great store to come to and in convenient location for me.

Great computer, works great no issues watches tube, and plays games.

I'll admit that I am a die-hard HP fan and didn't even consider other brands. I thought a Chromebook would be good for what I needed as I'm in between college and grad school and don't need a laptop that does ~everything~. However, I couldn't even figure out how to save my resume (and I'm fairly tech savvy)! The Best Buy website recommended I buy the Windows 365 Personal add-on, which I did not know I didn't even need. To use any Windows Office platform on a Chromebook, you simply download Word or Excel from the Google Play store. I got frustrated trying to edit my resume as that version of Word was not what I was used to, so I tried to save it to the laptop, which it would not let me do. Not to my desktop, not to a folder, nothing. To save, you have to use the cloud. My old laptop's battery had given out on me and I wanted to use this laptop to apply to grad schools, but if I couldn't edit my resume and save it, how could I format it to a PDF to send to a school? The screen was beautiful and the touchscreen was nice, but if you love Windows like I do, get a Windows laptop!

I'm older and not really on top of all of the new stuff I needed something that is new and won't fail and is easy to use. The sales guy helped guide new through some basics and told me to come back with any other questions. He was so patient and helpful and this was a great purchase! It really is easy to use and exactly what I asked for and neeed!

My first Chromebook, I don't know why I waited so long. Easy to set up and use, and its secure.
