This item is amazing everything I was looking for the picture and the price was amazing. I like to watch my football game on there as check my email. The size of it is perfect . Still learning how to work all the perks of the Computer. Overall, very great product and Love HP product. They are super fast.

My dad just needs a basic machine to surf the web and be mobile to move around wherever he’s using it in the house. I got this one because it has a real SSD in it, not junk flash memory like many of them. Its processor is also decently powerful, unlike the extremely cut down and power limited chips in the cheapest chromebooks. I was very impressed by the build quality as well, and the backlit keyboard was one of his requirements. Hopefully this one will last him a few more years than the old one.

Good use for a college student, battery last long and very lightweight. Screen size makes a difference as well as other useful features .

This Chromebook is an absolute beast. It is very fast and responsive for a chrome device. It works very well with my google pixel. Battery life is awesome lasts me up to 3 days on a full charge. I love that it folds into a tablet which makes the screen look so much bigger. I will be recommending this to others.

Purchased 2 of these since we have twin daughters in college and so far, so good. Made it through Freshman year and heading into year 2 with the laptop. They have said it does everything they need and still very light.

My granddaughter is going back to college so I bought her this beautiful Chromebook. She thought she wanted an Apple laptop, but fell in love with this one because it is fast, it does not get bogged down. She also loves the touch screen. This was a win win gift as it is loved.

When I chose to buy this unit I was mainly impressed by its features and I got it at a good sale price. The Chromebook performed as I had expected since it was my second Chromebook. One week or less into using it, however, the ribbon in one of the hinges started to burn. I brought it back to Best Buy and they promptly replaced it with a new unit. So far the second unit is doing well and up to this point I am happy using it.

Overall very happy with this purchase! I got it for smaller activities so I have only really used it for an hour or 2 at a time but the display is nice, easy to navigate and moves quickly. I dont love touchscreens/tablets so I havent utilized the 2-in-1 aspect in the spirit of disclosure. This was one of my first real adult purchases and im very happy with how it worked out!

I wish I would have bought a chrome book years ago. So much easier than windows. So smooth of a transition between apps. Absolutely love it.

Very classy chromebook with a great screen. This exceeded our expectations and will last our child for a good number of years in school. Boots almost instantly and shuts down just as quickly. Performance is excellent and after early usage, it seems battery life will be impressive too. Great value for the money.

Laptop works absolutely great! It’s super light and performs very well. I can’t find anything to complain about this laptop. I do wish the keyboard lights could change color though.

So far it is qorking great. I love how compact it is and it seems to be pretty fast. The display is crisp and the battery seems to be lasting a couple days, keep in mind i havent used it too much but so far its working great.

This is what Chromebook should be like! This particular model has the hinges where the screen folds backwards and it retains the touchscreen functionality! Very snappy keys, trackpad is great and decent sized space! The keyboard is lit but they do dim out quickly so just tap a key and they will light up again! Great resolution on the screen, makes reading a breeze! It does take some time to get used to the OS if you are used to working with an Apple product or PC product. This Chromebook is definitely worth every penny, especially if it is on sale! The only downside is the lack of confirmation on the stylus pen. The Q&A answers say anything MPP 2.0 works with this but would be nice if HP specifically states which stylus is 100% compatible, even within its own brand.

Very easy to navigate. I appreciate the fact that I can download apps I normally utilize like outlook, gmail, and teams. Touch screen is an added plus, and I find myself using that a good bit over using the mouse pad.

Let me give the caveat first: This is NOT worth the regular price of $700. However, at this year's Black Friday price of $380, it is an ABSOLUTE WINNER!! The trackpad is precise. The typing is smooth. The 16:10 display is very useful when it comes to documents. Everything runs without lag or getting bogged down. The only thing I miss is the fingerprint scanner from the 2020 model of this Chromebook.

After dropping my old Chromebook, it seemed to slow waaaaay down. So I found a good deal on this CB as an "open box" item. Received this item two days ago and it is exactly what I needed. Plus it seems to be in perfect new condition and is smokin' fast. Furthermore, today was the big Crowdstrike outage which impacted MicroSoft based systems worldwide, so I'm happier than ever to have moved to the Google verse in 2017. My only problem with this new machine is they've changed the hot key combo to perform forward deletes. But I guess I'll get used to it.

I got this Chromebook instead of a regular laptop because I wanted something smaller and more portable for my meetings. So far it is working out well for me! My only complaint is that it isn't compatible with my printer.

It's tough to compare the wide variety of laptops and operating systems options. I did research on the Chromebook and it was a great choice. No more Mac and no more Windows. This HP Chromebook Plus does everything well. Since it's cloud-based and I don't need to store gobs of data, it's perfect for my needs. It is lightweight and the battery holds a charge for a long time. The screen could be brighter but it's adequate for my needs. I use my laptop for web-surfing, online banking, and social media. If that's you, this is a great option for you as well. The folks at Best Buy were tremendous (thanks Scott!).
