I ordered this about 3 years ago for my daughter. Money was tight so I had been saving up gift cards for a year. I searched for the perfect laptop and because it was the holiday season this one landed right in my budget range! Things got hairy when I went to pay for it because it was an online deal, and I had about 20 gifts cards lol and you can’t input that many online - so I called into customer service, and the representative that answered was so patient as I read out the numbers and amounts on each card while he input them manually into the checkout system. It was a long process, but by the end everything was paid for and my daughter got a new laptop for Christmas for homework - with a little bonus of being able to flip to “tablet mode” and draw as she is a phenomenal artist. All around this was an amazing win that I still tell people about 3 years later, and the laptop still works like it’s fresh out of the box! haha thank you for all your help! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Does everything i need it to do. Fast, easy, efficient. Battery life is great! Love the touch screen! Awesome little chromebook!
