Been one year since I bought it. Have been working out really well. No complains at all.

This is a great Chromebook! We had the same model before and it lasted over 7 years! We only needed a new one because the hinge came off because of my son putting it in out of his bookbag.

Worth it then so surely it’s worth it now and i usenjt heavily

I bought this fory son as a Christmas gift. I haven't actually opened up the device. But I did use the floor model and really enjoyed the size of the screen, feel of the keyboard and integrity of the body.

Love the computer. Use it for personally use and sometimes at work. The speed is perfect and the fact that it's touch screen makes it easier to choose items

Outstanding Chromebook. I bought this Chromebook for my grandson for Christmas. I went to Best Buy and it caught my eye. He is going to love it. I recommend it to any child who is ready for this item.

This HP Chromebook Plus has a larger screen than my old Chromebook, a better keyboard feel to it, but best of all it doesn't have the frequent stalls when I have a lot of open tabs.

I’m disappointed with my recent purchase as I did not receive the three free items that were promised: Internet Security with Antivirus Protection, free YouTube Premium, and 3 months of Google One 100 GB. These extras were a key factor in my decision to buy, and not receiving them even after following up REF # 340581244 is very frustrating. I expected better fulfillment of the offer, and this experience has left me dissatisfied.

The overall experience of the laptop has been great; it is the perfect size, sleekness, and functionality. The only downside the bottom of the laptop makes a clicking noise and impacts the click-pad at times.

I had an older model, but speakers went bad. While shopping around I ordered an ACER. That was received quickly, but the bottom cover didnt seem to fit, with an edge exposed. Returned ACER and stylus, Best Buy staff was excellent in process, and I walked out of store with newer model HP 360. Very satisfied with entire experience
