I had an older model, but speakers went bad. While shopping around I ordered an ACER. That was received quickly, but the bottom cover didnt seem to fit, with an edge exposed. Returned ACER and stylus, Best Buy staff was excellent in process, and I walked out of store with newer model HP 360. Very satisfied with entire experience

I bought my laptop a couple weeks ago and love it. The touch screen is really responsive and the screen is clear. I really like the backlit keyboard, too

Haven't used it a lot yet, but seems to handle anything I throw at it. Got it for under $400 on a deal, but not sure I'd want to pay more than what I did.

I absolutely love this computer, fits in my bag, and the battery lasts forever! Holds a lot of memory, I have not even attempted to put a dent in it.

I’m generally pleased with the HP Chromebook 360. It’s very well built and is plenty fast for my needs. It fully supports my home WiFi 6E network, and that’s a treat. It does have two weaknesses. The screen is insufficiently bright for outdoor use and even in brightly lit rooms. It doesn’t last long on a full charge. I typically get about 5 hours use. That’s just not enough, but I can live with it. In my opinion, for inside use near a power source, it’s a good buy.

Very nice laptop computer. I love that you can flip it around 360 degrees and it’s a quality machine. It serves its purpose as a Chromebook.

This is a great computer, the screen resolution is super good and chrome operating system is great. If you are using with other hardware first review those are compatible with chrome, even the OS is very good there may be still some compatibilities restrictions with other hardwares. The i3 is a ver acceptable level for processor, you can make various activities simultaneously and also run some gaming. This is a great computer for school and kids as well, chrome has a great parental controls as well.

Overall the hardware for the value on this was excellent. However- Chrome OS still needs work and is not for me. If you need a daily internet browser this is an excellent laptop.

This is the second HP Chrombook that I have purchased and have not had any issues. This is my personal daily driver. If you just want to surf the web, watch videos, and edit files using online versions of Office / G-Suite, this work just fine. I have recommended this and the previous model to friends.

This was bought for my 13 year old granddaughter mainly for school work. It’s exactly what she needs. No problems yet.
