    Very easy to setup even for a beginner. The keyboard was difficult to use because it is very small. After using it a few times, I was very satisfied

    The staff was very helpful. Our computer was very old and the problem I had could not be fixed and they told me that instead of charging me a big price for "repair" and I still would have the same problem. They helped me pick a comparable computer that fit my needs.

    Good knowledge and helpful sales staff and Geek Squad transferred the data off my old PC to the new one very well. Bottom line was good and friendly service and good prices. Can't do all that by buying online through Amazon.

    The computer itself is very compact and easy to setup and use, the only disadvantage in my opinion is the usb ports are on the back of the monitor and a little inconvenient to use
