    I have had good experiences with the purchase product. But, I disappointed that five (5) of my drivers are outdated. This shouldn't be the case with the purchase of a brand new computer system. What can you do about my situation?

    Was fairly fastly taken care of, got approved kinda fast. Customer service was slow talked a lot to other workers. Could improve customer service. As for the computer is good computer alittle expensive tho. Always thought they are a little high priced. But good value. Rosedale store was clean but needs shopping carts had 1 when we went both times. Yes I would recommend this best buy to friends and family.

    This machine is not a slug, but doesn't have the horsepower of the faster processors. Still a great buy for Black Friday and doesn't take much room on my small desk.

    I like the all-in-one design and have already bought 2 of them. The built-in camera also retracts which is a nice feature. A good computer AT ... a reasonable price!
