Good knowledge and helpful sales staff and Geek Squad transferred the data off my old PC to the new one very well. Bottom line was good and friendly service and good prices. Can't do all that by buying online through Amazon.

First computer I've bought in decades. This was super easy to set up straight out of the box, with all the programs I need already installed. Pretty surprised at how easy they make this for people like me now!

Love this all in one pc! Its been a few years since I bought one. I noticed that when this one goes to sleep mode its not so easy to "wake up" unless I press a key on the keyboard. Almost as easy to set up as a toaster right out of the box, and great price.

The computer is good. The set up was a bit difficult for me at my age because it included almost no steps or instructions. Thankfully, I have children who can come over and set it up. I used to be able to set up computers that I bought. Perhaps, sellers feel that everyone should know how to do this by now.

wonderful experience with help choosing my HP 23.8 inch full HD touch screen all in one Intel Core computer. The techs who helped me were wonderful, kind, professional and most helpful with all my questions and concerns. My husband and I have always purchased our TV and computers at Best Buy. Love them.
