Bought this to replace my 14 year old hp desktop. Would purchase again if needed. Easy to set up and use. Just getting used to how much faster it is compared to my older one. Very happy with this HP and everything about. Would recommend to anyone if looking for a new desktop computer.

I always had laptops, so did my daughters. Then a few months ago, they both got desktops from Best Buy, and I was so awed at the difference in size, clarity, appearances and speed compared to my laptop, that I went to Best Buy and bought my own desktop. I'm thrilled that I did! Every morning when I start it, the screen jumps out at me and I tell myself I did the right thing!

A big change for me to a new computer and a very frustrating experience in the setup. Happy with the faster speed and shortcuts but with no booklet with the computer, I have yet to get some answers, i.e. is there a way for "num lock" to stay on as that caused me great problems. When you can't reach anyone to resolve issues when doing the setup only added to the frustration. Huge changes in systems makes it difficult. Many new safe guards which I felt were unnecessary for a home computer. Can understand for a laptop but not a desktop. When you are retired and out of the computer work field, it is harder to keep up with the new technology.

I wanted something to use at work just for minimal task such as Browsing, emails, and video watching. for the price this is perfect. With the Ryzen3 this thing perform very well. and instead of using the wired mouse and keyboard I used a wireless set up and looks even cleaner on my desk. love the size of screen and have been enjoying my purchase.

It was difficult at first, the new was different from the old, but with help from my son and a friend, I can now use it, and yes, it's a great computer! Nice that all is in one place!
