No problems at all ,easy set up and great hd quality

The comp work well a little sluggish but overall well. Mouse and keyboard are very cheap but expected.

So far, this item has been a nice upgrade to my old laptop.

Great for average home use. Not for intensive tasks such as gaming or video editing.

I like Hp computers, however it would still be great to have the disk included on it’s before. Hate having to purchase an extra part.

Just started using this computer, working great so far.

Didn't come with a manual. Still trying to figure out how it works and how to transfer files from my old iMac.

keyboard was not functional. Have to send it back to the company. And hope HP will send another back. Best Buy won't Honor the 3 yr extended warranty.

Have never had so many problems with a computer. Had to get rid of time out because it didn’t want to come back on after. Now keeps spooling print jobs. Can’t use it for much more than email or it goes crazy.

This AIO had trouble staying connected to the internet. After hours with customer service from HP and BestBuy, we returned it and upgraded. To be fair, at last BestBuy CS admitted it sounded like a hardware failure. We were able to return it and upgraded another HP AIO, which works very well. The return was very easy, and we are happy with the upgraded AIO.

My dislike: It's a pain in the butt to put the USB stick in to backup. I would not have gotten this computer if I knew this a head of time.

I’m finding it hard to set up but that may be me! I can’t figure how email works!

Poor Quality. Cheap. Missed Return Window by a week. Best Buy Local Store Nightmare with 0 Help from Customer Service. Stuck with it.

I really wanted to love this computer but unfortunately I have returned 2 after using them for only a couple of days because of the screen either blacking out or flickering all day.
