    Knowing I was completely out of my limit Jesse down loaded everything from my old iPad to the new one! He took his time & explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. He even put my screen saver on! He never hurried me even though I hadn’t made an appointment ! He really went the extra mile for me!
