    Just purchased these items for a refurbished Photosmart 7520 as the demo black cartridge quickly ran dry. Purchased the four color cartridges as a stand by. Expiration dates ran out to around Oct 2016, so I don't expect to run out any time soon. I have always had a good experience with HP inks over the last 5 or so years even when past the "date Expires" on the box.
