I find printer ink to be excellent. On my last purchase my Black, 564XL ink cartridge, after some use, was damaged while printing. It was in just two weeks on my HP Photosmart 7510. Otherwise, I've had no problem with cartridges, historically. This is a first time. Is there replacement?

Although it's a good product, I find it very expensive for the amount of time it lasts based on usage. I don't have high/frequent printing usage but yet after about printing 20 pages, the ink runs out. The quality of the ink is good!

I have tried generic inks before and they do not last as long and my printer has a lot more issues when I used them. I am a believer now, it does make a difference whose ink is used in a printer. I follow manufacturers recommendations.

It is best to use an HP ink cartage in an HP printer. I have made the mistake of buying cut-rate substitutes that ended up leaking and damaging one of my printers. Buy HP products for HP printers and you won't have problems.

Boughtt this as a backup for when the cartridges that came with my photo smart run out. I'm still using the cartridge months later and have a good amount left. For a moderate use print user like me this ensure I don't run out often.

My printer ran out of ink and Best Buy is my go-to when buying replacements. I've never had an issue with the XL product not being in stock. Ease of availability, installation, and good price keep me coming back.

Not much to say...it’s a printer ink cartridge which, for the amount of ink that it holds is EXPENSIVE. I’ll be putting a tank type of printer into use as soon as possible.

I used to order HP ink from another source. Cartridges always seemed to be too low on ink. Then I realized I could order from Best Buy online which saved me time from not having to drive a ways to the store. Quick service. Thanks.

My printer/scanner is 7 yrs old. Soon I will need to purchase a new one. At that time I will go for one with the new inks that are MUCH cheaper than the 564 series cartridges I currently have to maintain it with.

I like theses cartridges but I feel I don’t get the number of pages it says you can do. I feel like these cartridges run out quickly, and I don’t print out that much.

With the O2 ink you were able to change the colors when they ran our and was given a warning it was running out and another to say it was gone. In the meantime your pictures looked great to the end. With the 564 you still may have some in the cartridge but the picture looks blotchy. Bummer

It’s ink cartridges don’t really last…. I don’t print all that much, but seems I replace this more often even though I purchased the XL size.

These cartridges fit various HP printer models and when new models are updated I find they tend to keep using these size cartridges. In the past 5 years I have had 2 HP printers and was pleased to find that when I bought my second printer it used the same cartridges as my other HP

I purchased this ink cartridge for my HP printer. However, the black ink would not print properly. Not sure if it's the cartridge or the printer. I've had the printer for a while so it may be time to upgrade.

This works well in our HP printer. It does not last long enough though for the price you pay for it. We use it mostly for printing on plain white paper and do not use it very often for photo printing.

Ink cartridge is user friendly, tidy and easy to install but seems to run out fairly quick. I don't print a large volume so I expected these cartridges to last longer.

Like all HP printer cartridges, they are extremely expensive for the amount of ink you get. The ink is high quality, however.

HP inks always work well. Wish you could get all of the ink out of a cartridge. Usually stops printing colors accurately with around 10% left.

what can you say other than it could be cheaper, ink does not seem to be an expensive item to manufacture or its delivery devices. the profit margin must be extremely high, you could still make a lot of profit if the cost was reduced.

I always use this ink cartridge for my printer. I’ve never had any problems.
