I have never had an issue with the 564 inks and I hope never to have any. You just need to remember to check the date code on the package and use the product before it's expiration date.

I like this product because it is the one that fits my printer and it is very black. The package is a nice portable size and easy to get from the store to my door and beyond.

I always appreciate your price matching. HP ink has different prices at other stores sometime. Wish you would give credit on return cartridges for HP. Everyone is very helpful at BestBuy.

This will get the job done. It helps if you have your printer going a lot more since the cartridge will read empty if you don't use it enough. But it's not empty you just have to press the reset button on it and it's good to go.

I was a little confused with the XL on the box. It is the same size cartridge as the regular package but it's filled with more ink but I had to go online after I bought it and make sure it was the right one before I opened it.

Overall, this is really a good TV. As with most TV's, the sound is lacking. I wish that the color, tint, etc. could be adjusted by the company prior to taking home instead of charging a bunch, or at least a nominal charge.

I have been using the 564 XL black ink cartridges for many years. They always have worked fine in the past. This purchase was to have a spare when the current cartridge is empty.

These cartridges are excellent, but have to be replaced too often. Buying these at Best Buy helps with the expense. I get a better bargain at Best Buy than I can at Walmart.

Thank goodness for refills. It is no fun to be in the middle of printing out a paper for school and run out of ink. Very nice that you can purchase these at the store and in bulk quantity.

Purchased HP ink for my printer. Great value at Best Buy.

Got the ink because I was low , when it comes to ink ....you can't substitute...Hp for HP. Do not grab a knock off they just will mess up the printer...Again get HP for HP.

Have always used HP ink. Never had any problems printing and price is about normal for what you pay for any ink

went in to by cartridge for my printer. couldn't remember the model I had. they looked it up on the computer and I had the new one picked up and on my way in no time at all. great service.

I buy all my HP ink cartridges & printers @ Best Buy. They have all the best options. Service is always great. And being an elite member, I also get a discount on HP ink cartridges.

Ink is good but price is way too high. A person could probably buy a new printer for the price of 4 cartridges.

Best Buy has the best value on genuine HP ink. Since this item is the same at any store price is the only factor that matters. Best By Elite members get a great discount.

I have tried to compare the reg and the XL. Price wise the XL is better, but I cant be sure it does as much as 2 or the regular. I can not find on the boxes how many printed pages it should do. Seems I run out of ink way too soon.

I have used refills and non-branded ink cartridges in the past and was disappointed with the perrformance. Genuine HP ink cartridges seem to perform the best.

Never last as long as it should, only printed 125 pages for an XL.
