great quality but very expensive. I had a non HP cartridge in my printer before .It worked fine for a week and then I was getting big black marks on my documents

I purchased these cartridges from BestBuy.com and picked them up at my local store because of a sale price and it was quicker than purchasing via Amazon.com.

Its an overall good product the only problem I have is that the ink runs out quick, this XL size tends to last longer than the other regular size color ones.

I gave it a four star rating because I assume that all hp inks are the same. Now I only buy what I need at the moment since I have had cartridges dry out ( at least they would not work when new).

HP ink is reasonably priced and last for a longer time than recycled ink. I have used HP ink for all my printing needs and have never had a problem.

This onk works great. Unfortunately my printer died on me. But the ink for the photosmart works great and makes many copies.

Product good, clerk very helpful. I appreciate being able to find a clerk to answer my questions. Someone who knows what they are talking about.

I have been using the free photo paper and have been printing pictures of our newest Great grandson for his parents. They do not have a printer that does photos!

ink worked well. Unfort with HP it goes through it way too fast. Had to exchange, first cartridge failed. Best Buy was great about it

Similar to any other cartridge I've seen for any other inkjet printer - the ink cartridge life is atrocious. That being said, when it works it looks very nice.

This XP ink just like the other Hp 564 ink is always on sale on best buy online. It just need to be price matched by on site BestBuy store and you will get a couple of $$ discount.

I wish the 564 black ink cartridge would be included in the same package that has the color cartridges because all my ink cartridges run out at the same time.

I've used the HP genuine ink products for my printer for over 8 years now and have never had a problem. I recommend the product for anyone with a HP printer.

I tried an off brand ink for my HP Photosmart and they sent the wrong ones, and the ones that were right didn't work very well. I'll stick with HP form now on

I've been shopping at Best Buy for my HP Photosmart 6520 printer ink needs for some time. I've found the selection to be very good and with fair pricing.

The XL lasts longer, but is also costs more. I believe they are far more expensive than cartridges should be. Recommend a bundle for XL black and color.
