It holds enough ink for quite a few pages and usually last me a few months with school printing and coupons. However, if I do not use it in a week or so it seems to dry out rather quickly. Im not sure if this is all ink or just HP branded, but it does get a bit frustrating after a while. I will continue to buy this until i can find a better alternative.

After running out of ink and refusing to print, I ran to my local best buy and bought this ink. Installed the ink carts and let the printer make all it's whirls and clicks and viola, it started printing again. Amazing what having ink in the cartridge will do for a printer that is out of ink!!!!

If you need ink.. why wouldn't you get the ink you need in order to print the material you need? Would I recommend it... well like i said before yes.. because its something you need, its more practical to get replacement ink for your printer. Are you going to buy a new printer each time?

I have a HP Photosmart 6520 printer, and this black ink cartridge works great with my printer. It prints well for regular documents or photos. It also lasts a long time, much longer than the color cartridges (depending your print settings). A good product for the price.

The ink cartridge is what fits into the printer I bought at Best Buy. It produces very nice dark copy, but the package is a little hard to open. Also I didn't realize that the HP printer with photo printing capacity would use up the cartridge in regular printing so fast.

HP OEM INK, Bought this so my sister could print off additional text materials she needed for her college class. printouts looked great and meet her needs plus this is the XL size cartridge so she gets additional ink. Being a myBestBuy member also gets a discount on any ink you buy.

It's an ink cartridge, there's not much to say. It works. It's an extra large capacity, but that just means it has more ink filled inside, the cartridge is going to stay the same size on the outside obviously so it will fit in the printers. It does seem to last longer than the regular cartridge.

This is genuine high quality product. BUY THIS! Do not buy cheap refills from cut-rate online vendors, many times they are junk and perform poorly. Also beware of the "economy" size HP cartridges that have very little ink in them They don't last long and are a waste of money.

My printer ran out of black ink so naturally I had to get more. What choice did I have to replace my black ink? After replacing my empty black ink cartridge with a full black ink cartridge, I can resume printing in black. Black, black, blackity black black. My printer is back in black.

Easy to install and lasts a reasonable amt of time

I like the easy installation and that you know when the ink is running low. It doesn't seem to last very long but then I do a lot of printing. I would like it if you could buy something that last 3-4 times longer. All in all I am very happy with the product and quality of the print the ink produces.

There's not much that can be said about printer ink. Each printer needs a specific size and choices are limited. This ink works fine. There's no smearing. The print is crisp and clear, which is also, in part, due to the quality of the printer and the paper.
