Like the ink quality print out and inexpense for the performed.

The printer we have works great overall, and these ink cartridges are direct drop ins. i have never had a problem with them working right away. print quality is always great. the only issue is that these direct replacements are a little expensive, and dont last all that long. by the time you buy all your ink, you are about at the price of a new printer.

I purchase nothing but genuine HP cartridges for my printer and since doing so I have never had any issues with printing. Yes they are more expensive but they are worth every penny! And the XL cartridges are definitely worth the extra money!

I live a one hours drive from the closest Best Buy so being able to order ink on line is very convenient. I only needed black at this time, but when the other colors run low I'll probably order those on line as well saving me gas money. Turn around time with shipping was timely too.

It did its job. It was fairly easy to install, but it requires a bit of grip strength to uncap it.

HP ink is quality and I get a good yield from each cartridge. I'm always trying to save a buck but not at the cost of my printer, using off brand ink can cause major issues and it just not worth it. Best Buy usually has ink on sale so they make it worth buying HP all the time!

Get an inexpensive printer and pay high prices for the replacement ink cartridges. This particular high yield black ink cartridge is a reasonable price for the cost per page. I prefer to purchase the HP cartridges and then recycle them for a discount on my next cartridge purchase. Overall the cartridges are a good value for the money.

Use is easy and efficient. Love the HP printer I bought at Best Buy, in addition to the ASUS laptop. Had great tech support through HP when I had a problem. Now I know how to clean the printer heads. Could spend hours at a time in Best Buy looking and learning. Geeks are great.

I have experienced problems in the past with off-brand and refills of ink cartridges. This HP product works great in the HP printer, and I have never had a problem using the branded items. The high yield for the black cartridge is very helpful.

Ink is sharp and bold. Very high quality ink cartridge. Would buy this item again, along with the color ink cartridges. Would buy these items even if they weren't the ink specific to my printer. HP offers good, quality products. Also, service at Best Buy was exceptional.

Ink is one of those must have items that I most times forget to buy. So when the sales person showed me that there are two of different sizes for our printer I was excited I always make sure to buy the larger cartridges and it sure makes a difference. We are out of ink less often now.
