Good quality ink from HP. Glad Best Buy has in stock.

Printer works great (I forgot the model number), but ink cartridges don't last long. And the cartridges are not cheap. Maybe I should just buy a cheep printer instead of replacement cartridges.

This XL cartridge has never yielded twice the pages of two regular size cartridge in normal everyday use. Unless the price for the XL cartridge is significantly lower than the price of two regular size cartridges, it is not a good value.

Better buy than the regular sized one, but isn't usable past the 20% remaining level. Maybe it's my printer (HP Photosmart 7520?), but I'm frustrated with how often I need to buy ink using these "XL" cartridges and I don't even print much.

So I had to purchase the ink for my work, usually get it here at best buy because it's in the same mall. Went and bought it and put it in the printer and it wouldn't work, I tried to take it back and the customer service guy that helped me said that it looked like it was used and scratched, da of course its scratched i had put it in and out a few times anyways I told him that it's totaly full of ink and I said can't you put it in a printer so he could see that I wasn't scamming, and he said "I'm sorry theres no way for me to do that, hello this is best buy there is something definately wrong if you cant even check ink in a printer ink cartridge.

My cartridge printed 50 pages and then the ink was gone. I ordered this online for the convince, but was disappointed when I had to go to the “closed” store to get it exchanged.

I give it 3 stars only because of the price of printer ink. It works fine, never lasts long enough but at least best buy offers the most competitive price.

I always purchase HP -564XL High Yield ink cartridge-Black. The ink definite last longer and prints much better.

The only issue I have ever really had with HP is that the ink dries out quickly. I have a color ink jet printer and as infrequently as I print I find many of the times I do I have to go buy new ink because the cartridges have dried out.

I have to buy this cartridge since it is required for my printer. My HP printer has good quality but the ink consumption is excessive. I plan to obtain another printer which is more economical relative to ink consumption.

I bought the hp 564xl because it's suppose to be 2 cartridges in one but I wasn't impressed when I went to print something the ink looks grey??? Maybe I purchased a defective one??? At any rate I wasn't to impressed!!

This ink is the highest quality of all quality. The black is pure black with. High recommend this product.

I've owned several HP products. What I've learned over the years is that HP ink products work just fine but do not last long - even the XL. But what can you do?.....

I have purchased this ink many times and it is pretty consistent on how many prints you can get. I don't believe it's anywhere near the number they state but as I don't use the printer much it works for me.

I went in looking for black HP ink cartridge with butterfly-shaped emblem on it. Sales person did not know that was photo ink, neither did I. Left with regular black ink. Went elsewhere to get photo black ink cartridge!

My hp printer was not printing after the summer of inactivity. I bought new cartridges and installed them, but the printer heads would not clean. I bought a new printer so this product was a waste. Sorry, not the cartridge fault.

No matter what the page count my ink cartridges say I'm supposed to print, I never get it from my ink cartridges. I'll never print again in comic sans, but I feel like I buy ink way too often. It does its job, however.

For some reason, the ink stopped working after a few days. I had to go through the process of cleaning the heads on the printer and now it works.

It seems as if my HP Photosmart printer goes thru ink quickly. I buy the XL so as not to have to change it as often, but it seems as if the black runs out frequently. I only print photos maybe once a year.

...the ink dries up so fast that it gets annoying having to change it out every few months or so. Just disappointing that I have to rely on these cartridges and pay $20 at a time for ink that probably costs $3.
