    It is genuine HP ink. Works well in the printer. The 564 ink product for my printer doesn't last long, and it takes 5 cartridges. Very expensive.

    Ink runs out quickly. When it has enough ink it looks good. But fades with relatively low use.

    The older smaller cartridges ran out too fast. this is considerably larger, and a bit expensive, but easier to install. Fast drying ink is a big plus.

    We have no problem with the ink but the printer EATS THE INK LIKE IT GOING OUT OF STYLE. There for I would not buy a Photosmart 7520 printer.

    The cartridge was empty. I was told to call HP support. Called and they said it wasn't their problem it was Best Buys. HP support is a joke! After being passed back and forth, I bought the cartridge at another store. I was just out the money for the ink cartridge from BEST HA Buy because I opened the package and they wouldn't take it back. Well the only way you can use it, is if you open it. Best Buy was not helpful.

    I don't use my printer very often, so I always have it dry up before it actually gets used up. Why can't the manufacturer make it last longer?
