I have found that you can count on HP ink cartridges to give you the professional printed material that you need. If you keep your printer clean and functional....than your ink cartridges will work that much better.

I use only the name brand that matches the printer. It lasts a long time for me with my daily use. Also, when requesting print, mark the item on the screen for saving ink where it will use less but provide a clear print.

I like that Best Buy has the option to purchase the XL size. I go through black ink very quickly and I find that buying the XL size lasts longer than 2 regular sizes. I have found that buying the HP brand has a clearer and a more even print.

I've used other brands of ink cartridges for my HP printer in the past and they never seem to give me the number of sheets claimed. The 564XL series cartridges from HP have always provided me with excellent quality printing.

what can you say- it was a printer cartiridge. product was great. had to stand in line with 3 people in front of me to pay for it. In all fainess I was told to go to the other side of the store and that the line there may be quicker

I find this product has great ink capacity. I have never had distortion nor smudging since using this ink. The Ease of switching cartridges, and taking off the "Factory" storage cover, and installing is very simple, quick and "error" free..

I originally purchased this printer because of the ink value and has been great all the time. The ink refills are a decent price and seem to last a long time and good print quality to the end of the carrtage with no smearing.

I use a lot of ink...document printing and printing pictures. The quality is consistent and stretches a loooong ways! Price isn't too bad but if you purchase at Best Buy and use your card you get an extra 10% off! Wouldn't use any other.

Replacement ink cartridge for my printer (HP 4620) installed easily and worked immediately. Got the XL version so that it lasts longer.

Sticking with this HP branded product because they last the longest in my HP printer. Have tried non-branded cartridges and they seem to have issues using them each time I've resorted to using them.

I have had a HP printer for years. The ink I use is the 564XL. It lasts, and is affordable. The colored ink however doesn't seem to last as long, and can get pricey if you use a lot. I recommend the black, as it is a crisp clear ink.

I printed maybe 50 pages and got a message from my printer that the ink was low. This cartridge is supposed to be double the ink. After that message came on I'm still able to print with no further message and the print is good. I'm pleased so far. These cartridges are expensive!

Black ink cartridges come in longer lasting sizes and are very reliable. Service and staff support and help are much better than Staples. The only thing I don't know is if BestBuy credits buyers if they recycle old ink cartridges.

There was black toner in the package as described no deception it was black and it was black when I inserted in printer it printed black as described they did not lye maybe the best ink cartridges I ever bought

I can't complain about this ink, however, my printer took a crap right after purchasing. Best Buy took care of this and helped us with getting a credit.

This is the only ink that I buy for my printer. It last so long and it prints so clear and crisp. I believe my printer thanks me for buying this ink. Have never been disappointed in this purchase.

I have always used an HP printer and the print quality is always fantastic. I will continue to use HP printers and ink. I only buy my electronic purchases and supplies at Best Buy. Your staff is always helpful whenever I have questions.

I appreciate that Best Buy carries genuine replacement cartridges for my HP printer (also purchased at Best Buy). Best Buy always has what I want in stock & saves me time running all over town. One stop and best price are key.

I have used HP all-in-one printers and its links for more than ten years. The black ink XL is economical (particularly as the Best Buy offers a good discount on links for its members) and, for sure, of good quality.
