Could not get it to print even after taking it out and putting it back in, restarting the printer and computer, and following all of the troubleshooting procedures. Will be bringing it back in for an exchange because Best Buy has always honored its products. This hardly ever happens with HP Ink Cartridges in my experience.

I was told it could have been that it was it had just sat on the shelf for too long. This is terrible. Best Buy should monitor their inks more closely. Ink can evaporate whilest still in the package, this I know of this from science.

Ink can evaporate ink in the package, and the stores cannot check closed packaging. Our vendors are pretty great about ensuring that the cartridges are fresh.
