I bought all new cartridges, including this one, and printed 3 brochures (standard 8 1/2 x 11) and the printer informed me I was out of ink. The printer/ink is a scam. Needless to say I bought a new printer ( not HP).

Of course, after trying to get it to work it is hardly in returnable condition. I've just about had it with HP printers. Ink runs out too fast and cartridges are too expensive.

If there is something wrong with your cartridge, you are always free to contact the seller to make this right for you.

It works when and if it wants to. No trouble with the color ones. Issue needs to be resolved. It makes no sense that it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

It stops printing and I have to take the ink cartridge out and shake it then put it back in. Each time I can hear the ink in the cartridge and I don't know why it stops printing.
