After installing cartridge, print head would not align resulting in poor print quality. Several attempts at realignment failed as did print head cleaning. Replaced with a standard, non-XL cartridge and all was well. Wasted $20+!

Not as advertised! HP is trying to milk more money out of consumers since home printers are so cheap now. This cartridge did not past 50 pages on b.w eco mode before low ink warning

This product promises to have 3 times the amount of ink as the single cartridges. This is far from the truth! I printed about 25 total sheets in 2 sessions and the capacity was depleted! I will definitely not purchase this again!

I the HP replace ink thinking I would get better quality but birthing is printing. At these prices I do not expect this. HP recommended using its brand to replace the ink so I did. Now I need to and nothing is printing, just great.

I had to purchase another black cartridge because this one was defective and store said I had to return to HP - did not have that kind of time so I bought another one and I pray that this doesn't happen again

I purchased this ink cartridge and the printer doesn't recognize it , i never had any problems using authentic cartridges before this. Im highly disappointed

Don't be fooled by the XL. This package does not have anymore ink ink it than the regular package. What a rip off!

Ink does not last long. Ink is expensive. There needs to be better ink deals for printing

I'm surprised that HP doesn't give you the printer just to have the opportunity to sell you these cartridges once every 250-500 pages (really!).

Since it's labeled xl and costs more, I would expect a higher page yield. I got fewer pages than what I was able to print with the sample cartridge that came with the printer. Very disappointed.

I think this ink was bad it appears there's ink in it but it's not printing anything out. I'm so disappointed because it was expensive and yet I still can't print anything out .

I feel that HP would be better to provide services in the United States. They are currently having services provided from the overseas to reduce costs.There is definitely a language problem.

Very upset. Ink was dried up and would not work. I had already thrown away the packaging before I noticed it was not working. So now I have to purchase another one and these are not cheap.

i bought this cartridge, as I had bought others of the same model in the past, to replace an empty ink cartridge. It worked for about 5 pages of minimal print, then quit working.

When I installed this ink in my printer I received a message that the ink was counterfeit. I never could get it to print and finally gave up and purchased a new printer

Horrible. My 3rd time buying this ink for my printer. Never want to print right away. Have to keep printing over 40 or more pages before ink starts to work properly.

I purchased this in November. After about two weeks, I noticed black copies were light. My program for ink tells me I have more than half left. I believe I got a bad cartridge.
