The is the black ink for my HP Photosmart printer. It is easy to install and prints very well. Although a bit expensive, this version lasts longer than the normal one so it is worth the extra few dollars.

When I initially bought the printer several years ago from Best Buy, was purchasing the regular size of ink and found that it did not last very long. When I discovered the XL size I was delighted.

Good cartridges, work great, good quality prints with them, only wish they were a little cheaper but thats printers cartridges in general.

It does a great job printing. The color is nice, even if it fades when the cartridge gets low, it still prints for a while...in grey tone, but prints.

Ink is ink, so getting a discount based on my Best Buy Rewards program gives a great advantage to buying elsewhere (especially where you need to hit a dollar threshold before a discount kicks in).

Not really much to say about this product. It is a high capacity ink cartridge for HP printer. It works as it should although to me these cartridges don't last as long as they should. However they do last longer than the standard cartridges.

MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE INK CARTRIDGES IS THAT THEY REALL Y DO SEEM TO RUN OUT SOONER THEN THEY SHOULD. ITS QUITE EXPENSIVE TO BE RUNNING SO QUICKLY. THE QUAILITY IS GREAT NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE INK ITSELF JUST THE QUANTITY FOR PRICE.

Always was a fan of HP. I liked the HP ink and paper. Unfortunately I got tired of having to replace countless HP printers. I had to move on and start buying Canon printers.

Keeps my printer printing with lots of high quality HP ink.

I have always liked HP products. This ink is of excellent quality, it does not smudge and seems to last a little longer than the one I used to buy, based on the average use.

I tried using off brand ink in my printer that was supposed to be compatible but it would not work well. This ink works great but a bit pricey

HP 564XL black ink cartridge lasts so much longer than the regular cartridge and that is the ink that gets used the most. It makes sense to purchase the HP XL and in the long run it 's more cost effective.

Great product for printing and copying... I copy and print everyday and it's still great product as it last for 2-3 months for me...no problem with my printer/scanner/fax machine and copier...

This is the recommended product for my printer and I find it is the best quality and although there are cheaper products out there, it is not worth trying to save money on a cut price product.

Worked well (as expected) but I still don't like HP's prices. Better value than the non-XL HP product and worked with my printer better than the knock-off brand cartridge I bought before. It would give it 5 stars if not for the price.

Very good and genuine ink cartridges but a little pricy.

Black ink is usually the most common ink used so it naturally runs out the fastest. Having a XL black ink cartridge causes me to make less trips to the store to buy black ink cartridges at a lesser price.

For ease of use and ease of installation, you can't beat the HP - 564XL. With a simple twist, the disposable tab pops off and you are ready to literally snap this cartridge into place - no need for an IT guy!

Pricing on ink cartridges is very competitive with other companies. Enjoy using the pickup at store option so I don’t have to go hunt for the items on the actual shelves. Cartridges work as designed and no problems with them.

This is by far the easiest ink cartridge I have ever changed. While I'm not sure how long this will last, I will say that I printed my documents with the smaller size ink cartridge that came with the printer.
