Its printer ink.....what can I say? Its easy to install.it works well. I love the quality of everything I print. It would be nice if the ink was cheaper, or lasted longer.

I chose to get the XL Ink so that it would last longer and be better value. It works well in my printer.

Never disappointed with quality. Have always used HP ink cartridges.

Very easy to install HP ink in a HP printer. Best Buy ships quickly so I had the ink in a few days. I haven't purchased the XL version of the carts before so hopefully it will live up to it's extended life claim.

This ink can be easily found in the store. Easy to change out in printer even for the elderly. Price is good and being able to get the XL it helps for extra printing.

I purchased a HP 564XL cartridge for my HP Printer. I installed the new cartridge and my printer would not work. I cleaned the heads and did everything that I read I should do to make sure I installed it correctly...really only one way to install it, so that is not rocket science material.....I told my wife that when I take it back to Best they will tell me to send it to HP.....Well,,,,i was really happy with Best customer service...no hazzle at all...they said to go get another one off of the shelve and they would exchange it for me.....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,,,THANKS BEST, a happy customer (the new one works great) I gave this only 4 stars because this should never happen with a basic tool like a cartridge

easy to install and prints good. like the xl package to get extended print time. I go through a lot of printing and this package really allows a lot of printing without having to constantly change the cartridge.

I found that the XL ink cartridges last so much longer than the regular ones. I was always running out of ink until i switched. Worth the extra money.

Provides high quality products in my HP printer and the high yield cartridge allows for many print jobs before replacement is required. These ink cartridges are a good bargain and extremely reliable.

The quality of the ink is very good and my HP printer recognized it as a genuine HP cartridge, thus eliminating any future issues.

I am a fan of HP ink and as long as you use it in a timely manner you don't have to worry about them drying out. The price is good and even better when they go on sale.

HP 564 XL Black Inker, lasts double the amount of regular size, easy to install. Holds black coloring very well. Very good price.

The cartiridge is easy to maneuver and pop into the printer. I make a lot of copies and the ink lasts a long time even when I'm notified that it's low on ink.

It was great to find a new printer that used the same cartridges I already had on hand! They are easy to load and with the extended version, they last pretty long.

I consistently use this print cartridge because it provides a clear sharp print, is easily installed and removed, and lasts a reasonable amount of time.

I just needed a short HDMI cable between my laptop and new monitor and this cable fit the bill perfectly. Better price than others, seems high quality.

I like the quality of the HP cartridges. The xl cartridges are more convenient because you don't have to change as often, and are better value for the price.

Great price on the combo packs. Quality printing does great on photos. Highly recommend getting the combo packs just wish the black was included in the combos.

The XL packaging provides quite a bit of extra printing capabilities. The cost makes this a better bargain than the regular version of ink.

Relatively cheap, convenient way to replace black ink cartridges. Easy to buy, simple to install. Happy it is available in XL/High Yield size.
