The HP - 61XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge - Black works as expected. Was easy to install into printer and was up and printing again in minutes. I've never had a problem with any genuine HP branded ink cartridges.

Yep, it’s ink. If you use a lot the xl is nice since it holds more. Sure would be nice if there was a significant price break on this larger size.

As a teacher who pays for her own ink, I am always afraid of running out of ink when I need it most. This high yield cartridge helps prevent this from happening. I also keep an extra at the ready, for big jobs!

Of course this ink cartridge works great; it's an HP product for an HP printer. Easy to install and decent performance. It still seems like the cost of this and all ink cartridges are a little over the top, however.

Never a problem with genuine HP ink. When we purchased a new printer the HP plan was sold to us. With the high yield cartridge, we get the same longevity with no concern for pages. Great price at Best Buy

The ink lasts longer than most in cartridges allowing me to print more pages than any other in cartridge. The ink does not smear or create a mess in the printer as some cheaper quality inks do .

I've been buying these cartridges for my printer for a couple of years now. Never disappointed. Even with a college student in the household (prints a lot) these cartridges are the longest lasting I have ever used.

I've always have trusted HP products and the ink cartridge lives up to their quality of product. Not once have I had a problem with any HP ink cartridge that I have bought and used in any of my printers.

I like the quality this ink gives to my business documents. Lower cost inks are definitely not as good for business purposes. Prints nice and black.

This particular ink cartridge is not always readily available at some places . I got this delivered by Best Buy the next day with free shipping!

Discovered could get it cheaper on-line than in store so ordered it on-line and picked up at the store. Installed and worked as advertised. It was also cheaper at the store than at an office supply store

I like the extra ink in the cartridge it helps me to not have to go to the store as often.

I always buy the XL size in a cartridge as they have a long life and I do not need to replace the ink as often. . Makes my office printer ready to use and the print quality is great.
