The XL inks contain so much more ink than the regular cartridges, so I highly recommend spending the extra bucks, it will save you in the long run!

HP Ink is the best option for your HP printer. Tried refills and other brands to no avail. I always go back to HP.

My wife is a teacher and she uses our personal printer at home to print her worksheets. I would say she printed about 50 pages so far all on best quality settings and the ink doesn't show signs of running out. Usually with other printers, if I had printed 50 pages in a row, I could see the ink drying out already.

I always use HP 61 ink. This is the first time I have purchased the xl high yield ink. I haven't used it yet so don't know for certain the performance but the price was right.

I have used the XL high yield cartridge for a few years now. I have my own business and I was changing the regular cartridge every 1.5 months. The high yield lasts double that.
