Terrible!

It was the same thing for the color and black in cartridges.If that wasn't disappointing enough, Best Buy customer service would not exchange or refund me for the defective product. I will go back to buying the knock offs on amazon, which always work great.

Defective

I have repeatedly had to open and close the cover of my printer to re-insert them so they would print without making a grinding noise that was not there before I bought these. I print something about every week and these cartridges are still half full and continue to give me issues! Waste of money.

Way too expensive

It’s pure greed. My next printer will not be an HP.
