    These are the manufacturer's ink cartridges, so they behave as expected. They are relatively easy to install compared to our Canon.

    THE PURCHASE WAS NICE; HOWEVER THE DELIVERY WAS SOMETHING ELSE! THE FIRST TRY NEVER ENTERED THE BUILDING AND DIDN'T USE THE KEYPAD PROVIDED. THE SECOND TIME THEY TRIED TO DELIVER THEY UAED THE KEYPAD BUT THEY NEVER CAME TO THE SECONDFLOOR!! FINALLY ON THE THIRD TRY I RECEIVED MY DELIVERY. I HAVE ORDERED THE SAME ITEMS MANY TIMES AND EXPERENCED THE SAME DELIVERY PROBLEMS. YOUUR MANAGEMENT TEAM SHOULD INVESTERGATE THE PROBLEM AND CONSIDER REPLACING THE DELEVERY COMPANY.
