I ordered wrong model of cartridge. BB made my return easy so that I could quickly re-order the correct one one.

Performs well but is very expensive. Hope to see a price drop in the very near future.

also wanted a black cartridge but you had none in stock. I was surprised. had to go to staples. Also should have received my ink on the automatic refill program that I signed up and paid for. You really dropped the ball. Shame on you!

Got the exact product that I was looking for -- even though it was out of stock at the time, it was mailed to me free of charge.

I like it because I was told by the geek squad that if I run out of the black ink the colored ink can take over until I can get Another black cartridge. And it works wonderfully

Cartridge very easy to install and great color. Cartridge was ordered thru a rep at the Best Buy store. The service was fast in and out in no time.

Always go for the HP brand for refills to insure no problems - have experienced issues with re-using cartridges refilled by big box fillers.

I'll know its true value after I've seen how long the XL actually lasts compared to regular ink cartridges

Buy from Best Buy!! I ordered from both Best Buy and HP. Both items were the same price. Received Best Buy's items a week before HP.

HP Ink is expensive especially when it is in the single cartridge. If one color is low, the whole cartridge is done. The price has also gone up significantly over the last few years. The photo quality is okay, but no need to hold your breath for great prints because you will turn blue if that is your expectation...and your cartridge will be no good thereafter because you have used all the blue ink despite magenta and yellow still being full.

Good ink from HP; wish it was less expensive. Works as promised. Will likely purchase again.

Obviously it's ink, and it does as ink should do. No problem with the product, my only complaint which is more of a wonder is do they extract the colors from rainbows, perhaps from the colors of the wind, or maybe they must entice an ancient shaman in some kind matter bending spiritual ritual?
